Shipping & Delivery Policy
Dashboard Instrument Cluster ships worldwide from our Miami, Florida and Toronto, Ontario facilities. This page sets out exactly what you will pay to have your order delivered, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. All prices on this page are in US dollars (USD).
Shipping rates
Shipping is charged by product category. The rate for every category is the same to every destination worldwide – there is no separate domestic, cross-border or international pricing.

Your exact shipping cost is calculated and displayed in your cart before you enter any payment details. You will never be asked to pay a shipping charge that was not shown to you at checkout.
How your total is calculated
Four of the five categories are charged per unit, so ordering two clusters means paying the shipping rate twice. Gauge Faceplates are the exception – they are charged one flat $75.00 regardless of how many faceplates you order.
If your order contains products from more than one category, the charge for each category is calculated separately and the results are added together.
Where we ship
We deliver to every country we are legally permitted to serve, at the flat rates above. Orders are dispatched from whichever of our two facilities holds your part – Miami, Florida (USA) or Toronto, Ontario (Canada).
Customs duties and import taxes
For deliveries outside the United States and Canada, the rates above cover carriage only. Import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT/GST and any other charge levied by the destination country are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery, not by us, and we cannot estimate them in advance. If a parcel is refused because the recipient declines to pay these charges, it is treated as a returned order under our Returns & Refunds Policy and the original shipping charge is not refundable.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US and Canadian public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Repair and conversion services follow a different timeline: transit time above applies to the return leg only, and does not include the time your unit spends in our workshop. Turnaround for repairs and odometer unit conversions is quoted individually when we receive your unit.
Expedited and overnight shipping is available on request. Contact us before placing your order for a quote – expedited rates are not the rates published above.
Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. If you have not received tracking within three business days of ordering, please contact the facility handling your order:
